Ovelle Halden’s Emulsifying Base contains a mixture of water in oil and does not contain a preservative. Halden’s Emulsifying Base has a higher concentration of oil, compared to creams or lotions, and can be very greasy making it very effective at holding water in the skin. It is useful for very dry and thickened skin.
